the staffs was nice and friendly to me. the food in the bar was great. the hotel location was good because I needed to visit nearby facilities.

the room was not cleaned daily. i think the bacon was undercooked and fatty. the furniture look a little dated and needs modernisation.

the reception was excellent. the receptionist was great. the room was clean and practical.

i arrived. upon check in i was asked for my credit card details incase i decided not to pay my way or for any damages i left. i was told it was all in there terms and conditions. i handed over my details because i wouldn't get my room key if i didn't.

the honeymoon suite upgrade for our wedding night was such a sweet surprise. the jacuzzi was AMAZING!!! breakfast offered a nice variety of options, it started our day off perfectly. reception staff were very helpful and kind, they offered great assistance.

i noticed a slight lack of power from the shower, a minor detail but worth mentioning.

The room included an ironing board and a hairdryer!!! The bed was comfy and very big. The bathroom was also lovely, with loads of space.

The spoon near the kettle in my room was not perfectly clean, unfortunately.
